Cancellation policy & sample cancellation form

In this cancellation policy, Contactlinsenlounge (hereinafter "we", "our", "the company") informs consumers about their right of withdrawal*.inside as well as the associated procedures and formalities. This instruction applies to all persons. (hereinafter referred to as “customers”)), which our products via the website www.dry-eye.at to place an order and thereby enter into a contract with us.


Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day following receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement. A letter sent by post, email, or the model withdrawal form below is sufficient for this written statement.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if the customer sends the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires to the following address or email address.

Consequences of revocation

If the customer cancels the contract, we must refund all payments received from him/her at the time of conclusion of the contract, including delivery costs.

Since our online shop deals with health and hygiene products that are delivered sealed, we reserve the right to refund the customer within 14 days only after receiving the return and inspecting the goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that the customer originally used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with him/her; in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which they inform us of their withdrawal from this contract (in person at the shop). The customer's return shipment must be sent by insured mail (no letters) so that both the customer and we have proof of delivery.

The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.


    Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.
