If you choose "prepayment" as your payment method, please transfer the invoice amount to the account listed below and include the invoice number in the "Payment Reference" field. The invoice will be sent to you via email along with your order confirmation. Your package will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

Shipment

We ship your order via Austrian Post. Shipping takes place as soon as we receive your order and confirm payment. Based on experience, your package will arrive at your chosen address within 7 business days.

Collection from a post office pick-up station in your district

If you choose the "Collection from a Post Pick-Up Station in your district" option, we will send your parcel to the nearest Pick-Up Station in the district you specified on the billing address.
As soon as your package is ready for collection, you will receive a collection code from Austrian Post via email, allowing you to easily pick up your order. Since this option works similarly to regular shipping, a fee of €6.50 applies. Orders over €69 qualify for free shipping. Of course, we can also send your package to a collection point of your choice, regardless of your billing address – simply send us an informal email (office@contactlinsenlounge.at) stating your preferred location and your order number.

Please note: Your necessary data will be shared with a third party, in this case Austrian Post. By choosing this option and completing your order, you automatically consent to the sharing of your data. Click & Collect/Self-collection

Of course, you can also pick up your order in person at our contact lens lounge. Simply order as usual in our online shop and select "Click & Collect" as your shipping method. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup and arrange a convenient pick-up time for you.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Austria:
For orders within Austria, shipping costs of €6.50 apply. Orders over €69 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to: Germany:
For orders to Germany, shipping costs of €15.00 will apply.

Shipping to other EU countries:
For orders to other EU countries, shipping costs of €22.08 will apply.

Shipping to non-EU countries:
If you wish to have an order delivered to a country outside the EU, please contact us by phone beforehand. Please understand that the costs and expenses for all customs documents are your responsibility.
